Art Impressions Gotta Garden | Double Z Fancy Fold Tutorial


Hi everyone! I'm here today with a fun fancy fold. It's called a Double Z Fold. I had fun making this especially since I haven't done a fancy fold in a while. As with most card folds, this one has a lot of flexibility and looks depending on the patterns, colors and embellishments used.

On my card, the happy gardening gents and accessories are from an Art Impressions set called Gotta Garden #5000. This set has several really fun gardening images and gardening sentiments. I colored the guys with Copic markers. I list the colors used at the end of this post.

Basis Blue Cardstock: 
1) 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 2 3/4" & 5 1/2"
2) 3 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4"

Finely Dotted Red Cardstock:
1) 2 1/4" x 3 1/4"
2) 4" x 5 1/4"

Blue Swirl Cardstock: 2" x 3"

Striped Cardstock: 
1) 2 1/2" x 4" (2)
2) 3 1/4" x 4"
3) 1 7/8" x 3 1/4"


Skin Tones: E000, E00, E4, E11, E21, R20
Boots: E21, E25, E29
Sitting Man's Shirt: BV00, BV02, BV04
Standing Man's Shirt: YR00, YR12, YR16, YR18
Hose: YG03 YG63, YG67
Wheelbarrow & Watering Can: R20, R24, R39
Jean Shorts: B34, B37, B39
